Steps to take if you think there might be an issue with Authsignal.
Authsignal takes our customer service levels and support with upmost importance. If you think there might be a service related issue with the platform, we recommend the following steps.
Step 1
Check our platform's live service status page, this is the page where you'd find live updates around our service availability. We will use this page to publish updates if there are any active incidents.
Step 2
If there are no reported incidents, and you think that your service is not related, press the Get in Touch button on our status page, which is linked in step one, to send us a support request.
