      How to set-up custom domains on your tenant

      Paid Feature

      Custom domains are a paid feature. Feel free to use the admin portal to set up and configure your custom domain with your name servers. Once you have successfully done that, please reach out to support@authsignal.com to complete the steps.

      A custom domain allows you to unify your passwordless/step-up challenge flow with your own brand. Your users see a URL that displays your brand, such as challenge.YOUR_DOMAIN.com instead of mfa.authsignal.com

      Benefits of using a custom domain

      • Users feel a unified experience through your online service and experience, users will notice no domain name changes in their URL bar, this creates trust and brand loyalty.

      • Tuning on Passkeys/Webauthn and FIDO2 Biometrics - Authsignal's WebAuthn authenticator factor is the gold standard for giving your customers a seamless passwordless experience and is phishing-proof. Custom domains are a per-requisite to turning this authenticator on
